The Role

Job

Help us find and reach potential clients

Duration

6 months

Location

Bangalore or Hyderabad (3 days office, 2 days home)

Pay

None. This is about learning, not earning.

What You'll Actually Do

Find potential clients

  • • Research companies that need our services
  • • Build lists of people to contact
  • • Figure out which markets are worth our time

Reach out to them

  • • Write emails and LinkedIn messages that get responses
  • • Follow up when people reply
  • • Set up calls for our team

Support sales

  • • Sit in on client calls
  • • Help write proposals
  • • Track what works and what doesn't

Find partners

  • • Look for agencies who could resell our work
  • • Research who needs delivery help
  • • Support partnership talks

Why Do This If We're Not Paying?

You'll learn things that matter:

  • How to sell services (not products) to international buyers
  • • How to talk to CEOs and CTOs without sounding like a kid
  • • How B2B sales actually works (not textbook theory)
  • • What makes people respond vs. ignore you

You'll get:

  • • Weekly time with founders who've worked at big companies
  • • Workshops every two weeks on sales and positioning
  • • Real work you can show recruiters during placements
  • • A reference letter that actually means something
  • • First shot at full-time jobs if you're good

You'll have proof for placements:

  • • Campaigns you ran with real numbers
  • • Meetings you scheduled
  • • Deals you helped close
  • • Stories about what worked and what failed
Business Mentorship and Coaching

One More Thing

Most MBA students get paid internships. We know that.

We're not competing with those.

If you need money, take the paid offer. Seriously.

If you can afford 6 months learning how business development actually works—without the corporate training wheel bullshit—this might be worth it.
